Edge Pest control offers unlimited free reservice if the homeowner notices issues with pests. Edge has been servicing my house since July 2018 and in 3 years of service, which comes to around $2000, they failed to fix the basic issues with insects and rodents.
When I called them for reservice, the reservice was futile. All the attempts to work with the service provider to fix the problem has failed. Last time Edge serviced my house was on Sep 23 2021 and their service agent did not treated the inside of the house at all. They did not properly took care of outside of the house and told me that the December service is the most important and that I should continue their services.
It sounded fishy, but I thought they at least would be professional in providing the service.
Later I checked the video recordings on my motion sensor cameras and there was no activity around the house captured on those, which signals that the agent did not serviced the house at all and charged me for a fake service. Yesterday I discovered traces of mice infestation around and inside the house and when I called them to fix the issue by providing a reservice, they told me that they will charge me for the reservice and they cannot treat the issues which were not addressed in the last service.

Very unhappy with this company: After a year of service, I attempted to cancel their service, in July, by emailing them a cancelation. They received it but called to try to talk to me about the cancellation, which I declined to do--I really didn't want to hear another sales pitch.
On October 12, they sent a pest control technician to my house to spray for bugs anyway.
I stopped him before he sprayed, told him I had cancelled, and he called the office on the spot. I talked to someone in the office and cancelled the service, the technician told me it was done, and went away. On October 23, another technician showed up when I was not at home and sprayed anyway. Edge then debited my bank account, which was how I found out that they had performed the service.
I immediately protested and was told that their "protocol" required that I talk to a customer specialist in order to validly cancel. Apparently I didn't talk to the right person at the company on the 12th. How was I to know that I hadn't talked to the right person at the company on the 12th? In subsequent calls they acknowledged receiving the cancellation on the 12thbecause they apparently taped it.
I also regret giving them my bank account info.
The salesman (door-to-door) sold me the service first and then, at the end, said it was company policy to debit accounts. I gave him the info just to get him out of my hair.
Moral of the story: 1. Do not trust their "evergreen" contracts--they are too difficult to get rid of. 2.
Don't give them your bank account info.
3. Find a local provider for this type of service that you can trust.

Bad service fake charges
This is a horrible company. Do not waste your time with them.
First an foremost they will not let you out of the contract even when they are in the wrong over and over again. Second, no one knows what the other is doing and they do not follow what is written in your service request. The service manager will tell their employees to do whatever it takes to get that money. I had it written in my request that they were to only perform when I am home and they have cleared it with me through app however they still show up whenever they want and charge you for the service.
They will charge any card they have on file for you whatever they feel like charging it . I COULD GO ON AND ON.

when I tried cancelling edge they said that they would charge me $200 and their service was poor most of the people that came out didn't know what they were doing and what they did was not worth the the money they charge you and now they are changing the name and I bet it is because the service was vary poor so I do not recommend edge to anyone for any of their service
