Edge pest is a scam....stay away!!!
This company only cares about locking you into a contract. They do not show up when scheduled and only contact you when they want to extend your contract.
STAY AWAY from them! Our rodent problem was not resolved even after having them come back. When asked why the rodent problem still exists they state they can't fix all situations but will do their best. I had to pay for the entire contract for a company that did not fix the problem.
I ended up hiring a second company who had results the second time they visited for a fraction of the cost without a contract!
There are excellent companies out there that are better and half the price without a contract. BUYER BEWARE!

My mom decided to try, no idea there was a contract.
84 years old and sales person tricked us into signing up for $979. worth of service we did NOT want
I asked for ONE time service, the salesman gave me an ipad to sign a document I could not read, but had told him several times I only wanted ONE service. Only got a written contract AFTER I called and complained.
Of course the document did not arrive in the three day cancellation time frame. Upon contacting company they will only cancel this contract if I pay them half of the total. This is a total rip off of the elderly.
I have filed a complaint with BBB, the FTC, and the Attorney general office of consumer affairs! This sales person came unto property that is CLEARLY marked PRIVATE PROPERTY NO SOLICITING!

I spoke with Morgan, their customer relations manager and she was very kind and apologized for the conversation I had with the lady 2 days ago. They are agreeing to let me out of the contract.
Preferred solution: I want out of my contract with no fee.

An employee came to our door to sell us a service to get rid of the unwanted bees and spiders. What a great service...a company who would spray inside our home and spray areas outside of our home that are to high for us to spray, also will give us a promotional fee of $70.00, even though the cost is usually $89.99, and can give us a four sprays every 90 days instead of eight sprays..."ALL LIES!!!" I was told no paperwork needed can find information on website and call her (gave me her business card) with any questions I have about their services.
Gave her a VOIDED check for the charges we discussed. Two employees came out to spray bee hives and spiders, but they could not reach the extremely high areas for the bees like we were told. I called about two weeks after service was done because I received an email that my balance was over due. I asked why is it over due when I gave her a voided check?
She could not help me, she had me call the office. I spoke to six different employees (one a manager). The manager did not quote me any prices that was quoted to us on the 11th of May from the employee who came to my door. The manager told me that their company gives no promotions and spray services are only sold in eight sprays not four like we were told.
I also told the manager that the spray service was not completed so I want to cancel their services. Well, it came with a huge cost of $529.95, for one time spray!!! He told me $89.99, for the first and only spray and half of the eight spray services of $109.00, each that I told him I did not agree too.
I have tried to reach the manager twice since May 25th. I believe this is way to much money to pay for one incomplete spray of insects.

Try to cancel service
January, Pest Control came out and I told the tech that I no longer wanted their service. He told me I had to contact the office.
I sent a email to them and they told me I had to call their office. Now when I agreed this service was at my door with the tech, and I was told that I can have this stopped anytime. 1. why must I have to cancel with the office and not the tech when it's alright for them to take my business start up at my door.
They carry a tablet with them to start me then and there. 2. I was told I can cancel anytime, so why am I being charge to discontinuing my service, was never told there be a fee. 3.
Every service after finishing I signed which states service was treated and so
that the payment was taken care of. There charging me for a service that was not done when I told the tech no I had and wanted my service cancelled. Tech lied stating he did it when he was at my door trying to get me to let him do it and to try and get me to change my mind in keeping it. Told him no about 20 times.
He stated to his company I wasn't home another lie. They in turn took $109.99 for a service they did not do, and Another $109.00 for cancelling my service.
February I saw they took the fee of $109.00 for services they did not do and I stopped payment on it. Only to find that they went back into my account and took a double payment.
What can I do to get my money back they stole out of my account.

Do not do it. They have very deceptive billing practices. The guy working the Colorado Springs area is telling customers one thing and then allowing us to sign an agreement with completely different terms.
I have attempted to cancel my "contract" with them and was told that I would have to pay a crazy amount of money to do so. Plus they came out to my house and sprayed when I was not there. The problem was inside the house and not in the yard.
Never use them. Stick with the Orkin
I received a voicemail on a Friday afternoon, that they would be coming out to service the home on Monday. The contract should have already been cancelled, and then they charged my credit card.

There are so many complaints with these same issues. I had a similar issue with Edge.
I agreed to one year of service and when they asked me to sign to "acknowledge the service" after they finished the first visit, I was signing on an old iPhone 6, admittedly didn't read the small print because I should have been able to trust them not to scam me. They are getting away with this strategy in every state they operate in, apparently. I have started collecting all of the complaints online relating to nefarious contract practices and will be sharing them first with our state attorney general's office and will be exploring the possibility of a class action lawsuit against Edge Pest Control. Several years ago, Oregon moved to ban Jack Howk plumbing from operating because of similar tactics used against vulnerable consumers.
I am hoping for the same result in Oregon with Edge. I really hope potential customers of Edge will notice all of the hundreds of complaints online and not hire the company.
